Our Vision
ADLINK envisions a future where corporate social responsibility drives sustainable progress and collaborative growth. Guided by the commitment to 'Sustainability and Sharing,' ADLINK has established a green roadmap: ‘ Growing hand in hand with business partners to co-create impactful synergies in sustainability.' By aligning expertise in sustainable practices through stakeholder collaboration, ADLINK aims to substantially contribute to sustainable development and a better world for future generations.
ESG Sustainability Committee
ADLINK Technology Inc. has established its Corporate Sustainability Committee in 2013, focusing on operational efficiency, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.
In December 2022, this evolved into the ESG Sustainability Committee, aligning with broader sustainable development goals. Led by the CEO and managed by the Global CFO, the committee oversees sustainability initiatives through its Secretariat Office and ESG Promotion Team. The committee was reorganized at the end of 2024 to better align its coordination and operations with the company’s organizational structure. ADLINK, as a technology leader, ADLINK is committed to corporate social responsibility, leveraging its resources to make positive impacts across economic, environmental, and social fronts.
Roles and Responsibilities
| Chairperson | Align with global sustainability trends to lead the company toward excellence in sustainable development, enrich the value-chain ecosystem, and give back to society. |
| Sustainability Secretariat Office | Lead the ESG Promotion Team to coordinate committee operations, closely integrate sustainability development goals with core business strategies, identify corporate risks, challenges, and opportunities, exert social influence, and respond to stakeholder expectations. |
| ESG Promotion Team | Ensure the promotion and implementation of sustainability initiatives; responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of sustainability information, including compliance with disclosure regulations and international standards to enhance transparency. |
| Product Sustainability | In response to regulations, international markets, industry trends, and customer needs, invest in green design, product life cycle management, and circular economy R&D to strengthen product competitiveness. |
| Environmental Sustainability | Responsible for environmental management systems, compliance with environmental regulations and international standards; develop resource-efficiency strategies in response to climate change to achieve environmental sustainability goals. |
| Corporate Commitment | Follow human-rights regulations and international standards to establish human-rights management policies and procedures, and implement communication and management mechanisms internally and throughout the value chain. |
| Supply Chain Sustainability | Reference ISO Sustainable Procurement Guidelines, supply chain management systems, or RBA Code of Conduct to build and implement sustainable supply chain management processes, including risk surveys, audits, improvement coaching, capacity building, incentive programs, and delisting mechanisms. |
| Risk Governance | Integrate sustainability risks into risk-management mechanisms, responsible for risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and response; and establish business continuity management systems to reduce operational risks. |
