What will you do?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Advisor to take on responsibility for supporting our Software Engineers and Support teams in the UK, France and Netherlands. As the key HR contact with our Taipei HQ, working in our small, but perfectly formed Administration Team in Gateshead, you will:
- Coordinate employees’ lifecycle including payroll and benefits, from joining to leaving
- Maintain accurate electronic and manual records and produce regular and ad hoc reports
- Manage the recruitment process, including producing adverts, managing the selection process, interviewing and issuing offers
- Coordinate key processes such as annual budgeting, salary review, performance reviews, job evaluation, organisation charts
- Organise training and meeting events and administer our e-learning system
- Provide advice and guidance to Managers on employment issues and keep them informed of policy and process changes
What experience/skills do you need?
- Several years’ experience in a general HR Administration or Advisor role
- Extremely detail conscious, highly organised and able to prioritise work effectively
- Hands on experience of recruitment and reporting
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions
- Friendly, approachable, outgoing, courteous, flexible, helpful and with a positive outlook
- Fluency in Chinese and/or French would be an advantage
